I love the combination of two of my favorite starches in this potato-stuffed flatbread, also known as Aloo paratha recipe. Aloo Paratha, also known as Aloo ka Paratha, is a delicious potato and bread sandwich. This simple dinner is crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside.

Dough Kneading

  • Use a different basin or pan to combine the whole wheat flour and baking soda (atta).
  • Make a hole in the middle of the table. Toss in with salt, olive oil, and a good chunk of water.
  • Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth, elastic dough.
  • Cover and set aside the dough for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
