What is aloo paratha?

A stuffed whole wheat flatbread called an aloo paratha is made with unleavened whole wheat dough and packed with a potato mixture flavored with delicious Indian spices. Numerous people prefer aloo ke parathe above the many other varieties of stuffed paratha. Gobi paratha and aloo paratha are the most popular dishes in my house hold.

In my opinion, this is one of the best breakfasts ever! As one of my Punjabi mother-in-law’s first recipes taught me, this one is particularly dear to me. Love and affection go into making parathas in Punjabi homes, as well as plenty of ghee and butter (Makhan). Instead of butter, you can roast the aloo paratha in oil and serve them with plain yogurt if you prefer a healthy option.
